Business & Industrial Center

The Spring Lake Business and Industrial Center is located on SR 1455 (Manchester Road). This road is a connector road between Hwy. 87 (Bragg Blvd.) and Hwy. 210 (Lillington Hwy.). The park is a 50-acre site with 40 acres remaining for development. One 10-acre tract has been sold to a military contractor with anticipated construction beginning in the summer of 2007. The property has access to public water and sewer. A roadway with turn lanes will be constructed into the site in the spring of 2007. 40 acres of available property can be sub-divided to suit a particular tenants needs.
