Paul W. Hoover

Paul Hoover has worked for the Town of Spring Lake since 1999. He began working for the Town as the Electrical Inspector, subsequently becoming certified as a Building, Mechanical, and Plumbing Inspector. He was promoted to Director of Inspections in April of 2002. Prior to coming to work for the Town, Mr. Hoover taught various electrical and mechanical courses at Fayetteville Technical Community College.
