Planning for the Town of Spring Lake is a joint colaboration between the Town and the County. Although the Town does not have a full time Planning Director, the Town is fully capable of handling all planning and zoning requirements.

Currently, The Town Manager is the acting liaison between the Town and the County on most planning items as they relate to the Town. He and his staff handle all issues as they arise.
