Zoning
Districts/Uses
Lands within the Town are classified into one or more
of the different zoning districts. Each of these districts allow
a variety of uses, each having its own character and development
standards. No use shall be established in any zoning district unless
it is identified and designated within the Town's Zoning Ordinance
for the district the property is located.
Zoning Violations
- Junk/abandoned vehicles
- Illegal signs
- Unauthorized home occupations
- Accessory structures
- Buffer/setback encroachments
Any property which is not complying with the zoning regulations set forth by
the Town's Zoning Ordinance may be in violation. If a property is determined
to be in violation, notification will be sent by the Town to identify what action
will be necessary in order to comply with the Town Ordinance.
