Community Center Activities

Born 2 Dance Line Dance Class  Wednesday,  7:00 p.m. -9:00 p.m.
$5.00 per class or $15.00 for the month. Can register the night of class.

Swing Dance Classes  Thursday 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
$7.00 per class or $25.00 per month.  Class includes Ballroom dancing, line dancing and bop & step.  Can register the night of class. Must be 16 years old

Capoeira Class  Tuesday and Thursday 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
$6.00 per class or $40.00 per month.  This is an African-Brazilian martial arts class that incorporates the elements of dance music and acrobatics. Must be at least 10 years old. 

Pre-teen Dance  2nd and 4th Friday of each month, 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
$3.00 for community center members and $6.00 for non-members.  Ages 6-12.

Scrapbooking  3rd Friday of each month, 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
This class is designed for beginners to advance.  You are required to bring your own scrap book and pictures. You can bring your own materials or purchase some at the class.  No registration required or fee, just a nice evening out.

Girl Scouts  Tuesday 6:00 p.m.
All girls ages 6-12 are invited to join.

Aerobics  Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Adults only.  This class is designed for cardiovascular through floor and step training and also strength building.  There is no fee for this class with a membership. $2.50 if not a member.

Kickboxing  Monday 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
$35.00 per month.  Ages 6 and above.

Square Dancing  Friday 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
$10.00 registration fee required.

Ju-Jitsu  Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Ages 3-5, class begins at 4:45 p.m. until 5:45 p.m.;  Ages 6-8, class begins at 5:45 p.m. until 6:45 p.m.;  Adults class begins at 7:45 p.m. until 8:45 p.m.  Can register the night of class.  Payment is determined by age and frequency of attendance.

Martial Arts  Tuesday through Thursday 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Adults only, $45 per month.
 
Kid’s In Motion  Tuesday 10:15 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
No fee if community center member, $2.50 per class or $15 per month if non-member.  Ages 2-4.  Parents must be present.

Kid’s Zone  Thursday 4:00 p.m. – 4:45 p.m.
No fee if community center member, $2.50 per class or $15 per month for non-members.  Ages 5-7.  Please dress appropriately and have sneakers on.

Fit Quest  Monday 4:00 p.m. – 4:45 p.m.
No fee for community center members, $2.50 per class or $15.00 per month for non-members.  Ages 6-10.  Please dress appropriately and have sneakers on.

Step Team  Monday 7:00 – 8:30
Open to teenagers with a tryout.
