The Spring Lake Board of Adjustment
The Town of Spring Lake Board of Adjustment is a quasi-judicial
body appointed by the Board of Aldermen with responsibilities pertaining
to the zoning ordinances, appeals interpretations of the zoning officer,
granting variances, and conditional use approvals. The Town of Spring
Lake Board of Adjustment, comprising of five members and two alternate
members, meets the fourth Thursday of each month in the Municipal Complex.
