Rhonda Webb, MMC

Rhonda Webb started her career with the Town of Spring Lake in 1984 as a volunteer Auxiliary Police Dispatcher.  She liked it so much, she was like a permanent fixture and in 1987 was hired as a full time Police Dispatcher. She left for a short period of time to be a full time mom but returned to the Town in 1991 as the Police Records Clerk where she remained until 1997.  At that time, she was promoted to the Finance Department as the Accounts Payable Technician and also worked part-time in the Water Department taking payments.

In 1998, Rhonda was sworn in as Deputy Town Clerk.   She remained Deputy Town Clerk until 2007 when she became Town Clerk. 

Currently, Rhonda proudly serves as Town Clerk and holds her CMC (Certified Municipal Clerk) certification as well as her MMC (Master Municipal Clerk) Certification.
