UPDATE January 15th, 2021
The Water Department will be re-opening on Tuesday, Jan. 19th with the rest of the Town Hall offices.

The building has been thoroughly sanitized again following the guidelines and protocols set forth regarding COVID-19.

*To avoid any late fees on your account, please make your payments ahead of the department’s re-opening, by using the two SECURE drop boxes located in their drive- thru lane at the window, in the EXIT lane of the parking lot directly across the street from the Town Hall, by utilizing the online BillPay service here on the website,  or by calling over the phone with your payment at 910-237-0470, during normal business hours of Mon-Thurs 7:30 a.m. -5 p.m. and Fridays 7:30 a.m.-12 NOON.

(Please remember that in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday on Monday Jan. 18th, all offices and departments will be closed.)

We look forward to re-opening again and being able to resume our normal operations.

EMERGENCY SERVICES CONTINUE TO OPERATE AS NORMAL AND ARE NOT AFFECTED.

The Town of Spring Lake Water Department may accept payments through both of their secure drop boxes, over the phone, or online. Please see the announcement on the home page for more details. They will remain closed until Friday the 22nd of January.   Town Hall will reopen on Tuesday the 19th of January.
