Economic Development

OVERVIEW
Economic growth is the key to providing essential needs and quality of life desires for our citizens.

The Town of Spring Lake is constantly being active in pursuing new business opportunities for local interest, regional and military projects, national chains and business of all sizes to include start-ups, mom and pops, franchises, specialty shops, outdoor areas, and more.

The Town of Spring Lake is a community nestled next to the largest military base in the world in terms of population, and is home to the 82nd Airborne Division.
With that to boast about, we embrace change while at the same time respecting the rich heritage of our area.

Spring Lake  is a municipality based on strong fiscal government with a durable economy that recognizes the rights of all citizens, respects the environment and the amenities that
it affords,  and offers it's residents the chance for a healthy, relaxed or lifestyle or retirement.

While being home to up some of the best areas for a business to thrive, while having a very culturally diverse population,  and brimming with the attitude that we can always improve, we work hand in hand with economic developers of all shapes and sizes, showing off what we have to offer.

PARTNERSHIP
The Town's Mayor, Board of Aldermen,  Town Manager and their Economic Development Corporation endeavor to recruit, retain and expand the business and industry base within the Town's Corporate limits.
We are making an effort to highlight the economic of revitalization, expansion, relocation and new construction transpiring in our Town. These projects are shining examples of business leaders investing and re-investing in Spring Lake. You can view a glimpse of these projects in our Economic Development album.
