The Minimum Housing Appeals Board is a quasi-judicial body appointed by the Board of Aldermen. Its responsibilities pertain to hearing appeals taken from decisions or orders of the Town’s Inspections Department and deal with Town Ordinance violations as they relate to Code and Minimum Housing standards.
The Spring Lake Minimum Housing Appeals Board consists of five members and two alternates who serve for three year staggered terms. All members must reside in the corporate limits of the Town.
If you would like to be considered for service on this Board and live in the Town limits, please complete an application and return it to the Town Clerk.
